Christmas Card Making Machine / Wieden and Kennedy
In collaboration with interactive designer Joel Gethin Lewis.
We wanted an Interactive Christmas at Wieden + Kennedy and created a ‘Christmas Card Making Machine’ in the front window of the agency on Hanbury Street, E1. When passers-by stood in the snowy footprints outside the window, the installation magically added their face to the scrolling chain of jovial Christmas characters. From there, they were then invited to visit the accompanying website, to see the ever-growing chain and to create and personalise their own Christmas Card to send on to loved ones.
